TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the End User (customer) and Bfit Supplements located at address Omirou 2B 2018, Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. The company is registered under the company name Marinos Kouttoupis LTD (registered address Φιλοκύπρου 10Α, Στρόβολος 2049, Λευκωσία, Κύπρος) operating under the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap. 113. Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior notification. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are primarily designed to protect your rights as a valued customer as well as ours terms of business.
There are 3 different ways of placing an order:
- Through the Internet on www.bfitsupplements.com (24 hours a day and 7 days a week)
- Through the e-mail: [email protected] or [email protected]
- By telephone on 00357 22 51 95 18 (internal calls will be charged at local rates while calls from abroad will bear the telephone charges of the respective foreign domestic provider.
Once, an order is placed you will receive a forwarded email from [email protected] confirming your order.
2.1 Order procedure
a. Choose from our main menu the product category or subcategory from which you would like to purchase items. Once you found the product you desire, just click the "Add to Cart" button on the right side of the item you wish to purchase. Your item then will be automatically added to your cart.
b) You can then either continue shopping and add more items to your basket (same procedure as point 'a'), or proceed to choose a delivery option by clicking on "Go to Checkout". The login page will then open, where, if you are already a member of our Online Shop, you must simply submit your username and password; otherwise you can register at this point
c) You will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart, during your order procedure and prior to your payment through SIX, by pressing the "Remove from Cart" (x) button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You may also add more products or change the product quantities in your cart
d) Next, you will be redirected to a page where you will choose Shipping Address / Billing Address and then click "Continue"
e) You can now proceed with your payment using SIX. You will be redirected to the secure page of SIX and after your successful payment the system will redirect you to our website. You will then receive an email confirmation with your order details and an invoice of your payment.
f) Our system will save your order in your Order History under your account, where you will be able to review and check your current and old orders as often as you like.
You can cancel any of your orders within 14 days from the day of receipt. Just send a written notification with your order details to our sales department. This means that you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you cancelled and the item should be:
- In its original condition
- Unopened with all seals
- Packaging and shrink-wrap intact
We will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item(s) The customer will be responsible for all costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error. Please package each item securely and send it to us a copy of your invoice.
4. Product information
All the products displayed by Bfit Supplements on the website are duly checked and verified that are in good and working condition and are contained in the proper package received directly from the manufacturer or a third party reseller.
Product bundles are prepared by Bfit Supplements and all products contained in the bundles are compatible brand accessories and not necessarily manufacturer’s brands.
During your order procedure and prior to your payment through SIX you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete (x) button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart.
The prices indicated on the site are in Euros and include all taxes but do not include delivery charges. The delivery costs will be computed and presented to the Customer during the checkout and will be added to the invoice. Bfit Supplements reserves the right to modify the prices at any time without, however, affect the price of your order.
Ιf a more than obvious incorrect price (in approximation to the related general market price) appears on our website (a price that is clearly too low or too expensive), for whatever reason (IT bug, human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled, even if it has been initially validated and the web administrator will contact you ASAP.
All orders will be promptly executed provided there is stock availability. In the event of stock unavailability we will contact you within 2 working days from the date of placing your order to inform you how long it will take before we are able to deliver the product.
If a product becomes unavailable, at the time of checkout, due to the end of its life, one of our web administrators will advice you of an alternative product/solution, which will be of approximately equal price, quality and usability. If you choose not to accept the alternative product, we will either credit your account at Bfit Supplements whereby you can use the money for future purchases or reimburse the money according to the reimbursement policy described in section “10. Reimbursements” further below.
Products bought on the Website can be delivered in Cyprus, to the address you have indicated when you placed your order. Please note that different delivery charges may prevail according to the final destination.
Our selected couriers will ship orders within 24 hours in Cyprus. When you place your order before 10am, it will be handled the same day provided the product purchased is in stock.
Please note that the couriers do not deliver on weekends, therefore, orders placed on Friday afternoon will be delivered the following Monday, provided that the products ordered are in stock.
Pick-Up - If you would like to pick up the goods from Bfit Supplements Stores, you have to select so during checkout. Pick up times are within normal weekday working hours excluding Saturdays. Bfit Supplements cannot be held liable for unclaimed orders of more than 15 days from the date of order.
Bfit Supplements will do everything in its endeavor to abide by the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by the courier, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.
When you receive your order, we recommend that you verify your have received the products you have ordered and make sure you sign the delivery voucher. Without prejudice and with respect to the applicable legal guarantees, we recommend that you address any reservations you may have pertaining to malfunctioning products on the date of delivery as quickly as possible by Post to the following address – Omirou 2B, 2018 Stovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus or by e-mail: [email protected].
Returned products can only be accepted in their original state, notably with respect to their packaging, accessories and manuals. In the event of non-conformity of the product purchased, the customer will have the choice between repair and replacement of the product, except if the desired option has an associated cost that is manifestly disproportionate to the alternative.
When you create your account please fill in all the fields and especially the phone field (work or home) where you can be reached at any time. These measures are taken to protect our clients from possible fraud associated with bankcards. Bfit Supplements will not be held responsible in case of delay derived from missing data in your account.
9. Secure payment
Bfit Supplements currently offers two methods of payment, through SIX and bank transfer.
When you pay by credit card, your account will be debited as soon as your order is authorized for execution by our accounting department and on condition that we have received pre-authorization for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not proceed for execution and will be cancelled. For payments made on-line by credit card, the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) system of security is used, which allows for encrypting your banking information when on the network.
Bank transfer payments will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment is received we will dispatch your goods. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.
10. No satisfaction money back guarantee
Bfit Supplements provides for 14 days of no-satisfaction money back guarantee. Your right of no-satisfaction money back guarantees starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product(s) within 14 days, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice.
In order to comply with the law 7(3) N.7(I)/2000, our company will proceed with all the necessary actions as to best serve the customer that may purchase a product which deviates from its specifications. Under the above law, the customer should communicate the claim within 6 months from the purchase date.
Moreover, the goods must be returned to Bfit Supplement's store through a Courier service or registered post and should bear insurance. This is notably necessary should they get lost or damaged. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
The of no-satisfaction money back guarantee applies to products that are returned in their original package and complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted and thus no refund will be affected.
Bfit Supplements has the right to perform the necessary tests on the product in order to verify that the said product is unopened and untested. Bfit Supplements Service Centre normally takes 4-5 working dates to perform the necessary tests on a product.
Reimbursements will be effected either through bank transfer or cheque issue on the name of the customer. Bfit Supplements will do its best to reimburse the customer as quickly as possible.
Please note that all shipping fees for goods sent to Bfit Supplements are the client’s responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of the said product. The User is advised to insurance the products before sending them to Bfit Supplements.
12. Guarantees and After-Sales Service
12.1 Legal guarantees
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law: L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law: L97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts
Independently of the contractual obligations that may prevail between Bionic and the Customer both parties are safeguarded under the Cyprus Law 14(I) 2000 and the EU DIRECTIVE 2000/31/EC regarding the E-Commerce trade.
All products carry 2-year warranty unless otherwise indicated in the product characteristics and/or the invoice.
If a product is defective, you must attach a copy of your invoice with the defective product.
The term Legal Warranty performs as per Law N.7(I)/2000.
Based on the law 5(2) N.7(I)/2000, Bfit Supplements, under the term warranty, provides free of charge replacement or reduction on price for customers that brings in a product within the legal warranty period and reports a specific problem. The term Free of Charge includes all necessary costs incurred to bring the product into conformity, particularly in shipping costs, labor costs and material costs.
Please note that legal guarantees do not apply to repairs for damage caused by external forces (for example, accidents, shocks, fluctuation of electricity etc.) or by the user’s faulty usage of the product such as a non-conforming installation or using the said product with incorrect peripherals, accessories or consumables.
Bfit Supplements does its best to offer a complete service at all times but cannot guarantee it. Failure by Bfit Supplements to deliver the service expected by the customer, or in the case of a mistake by Bfit Supplements, the customer must immediately refer the matter to our WEB Sales Team for clarifications and mistake correction if necessary. The customer can contact our WEB Sales Team by filling in the "Contact Us" form or by phone at +357 22 519518.

14. Protection of personal data
Pursuant to the article 11 of the Protection of Personal Data Law (L. 138(i)/2001), the company notifies hereby that it keeps records of all the application submitted by persons interested for the appointment by the company and the documents attached to such applications.
The data contained in the application are kept by the company according to its internal regulations relating to the procedure for the filling of vacant posts.
In view of the above, the Company hereby requests the relevant written consent of the interested persons, according to article 5(1) of the Protection of Personal Data Law.
All the personal details you provide to Bfit Supplements are essential, and are thus treated in utmost confidentiality, for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts. Failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order.
By registering on the site, you agree to provide us with true information.
We would like to remind you that cookies record certain information stored on your hard drive. This information enables us to generate statistics based on data from visitors to our site and suggest products that might interest you according to the items that you selected when you previously visited the site. Before any information is recorded, an alert message will ask you whether you would like to enable cookies, and you may refuse if you wish. Cookies do not contain any confidential information about you.
15. Intellectual ownership
All the content on the BFit Supplements website (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of BFit Supplements and/or its respective owners, its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means, is subject to prior and written authorization by BFit Supplements or its partners and associates.
All information, content, files and software offered in our website is protected by Cyprus and International law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright.
All fraudulent use of any content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offence of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code.
BFit Supplements will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his activities on the site.
